Position Summary:
We are in search of an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee our financial strategies and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Key Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, preferably from a US institution.
- Comprehensive knowledge of US accounting principles (GAAP) and local employment regulations.
- At least 2 years of managerial experience in accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Excel skills.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin/Chinese, both spoken and written.
- Strong ethical standards and integrity in all business dealings.
- Experience in HR or office management is advantageous.
- Visa sponsorship is available (H1-B).

Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the financial strategy of the organization.
- Oversee financial accounts, payroll, budgeting, cash flow, and asset management.
- Manage company transactions, debts, and cash flow forecasting.
- Conduct financial audits and ensure adherence to accounting procedures.
- Analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Employment Type:
Full-time

Compensation:
$70,000 - $110,000 annually
