Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain daily workflow prioritization and perform due diligence to ensure assigned loan activities are completed in a quality, timely, and efficient manner.
  • Communicate with all third parties involved in the loan process.
  • Work closely with internal departments, including Underwriting, Secondary, Closing, and Post-Closing.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with all customers.
  • Complete Mortgage Operations Specialist (Jr Processing) activities pursuant to established systemic conditions.
  • Utilize NewRez reporting platform to manage and perform pipeline-related task activities.
  • Ensure all files are completed in accordance with established Service Level Agreement(s).

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 0-2 years professional experience.
  • Title experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must work well in a 'team' environment.
  • Proficient with MS Office.
