Job Summary

Penske Truck Leasing is seeking a highly skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our branch operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the financial manager and ensuring the efficient operation of our branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Operations: Oversee accounts receivable processes, maintain local collection contacts, and monitor weekly and monthly lease, contract maintenance, and special billing.
  • Fleet Operations: Complete Fleet Service activities, track and coordinate asset outside services, and partner with Fleet Services to support licensing, permitting, citations, and other fleet operations.
  • Process Analytics: Perform process analyses and reviews, investigate and recommend solutions to issues posing a risk to profitability, and use systems or reports to understand operational dynamics.
  • Other Responsibilities: Maintain District Personnel Files, complete weekly payroll, and process paperwork for new hires.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, degree preferred.
  • Interpersonal and relationship building skills with an ability to collaborate with branch team members.
  • Competent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 2 years+ experience in customer service financial administrative experience requirement.
  • Agile and quick learner, enjoys collaborative projects and continuous education.
  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint required.
