Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction by ensuring optimal inventory levels and availability, while also driving sales growth and meeting key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with key customer personnel and contribute to negotiations and discussions to promote ongoing improvement to the program.
  • Act as a first point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective support for product inquiries, additions, updates, or changes.
  • Develop a deep understanding of major product groupings and products to effectively service, stock, and present product solutions to customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities through prospecting and qualifying, and develop tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the inside operations team and assigned outside sales representative to provide seamless customer service and support.
  • Operate a company vehicle to replenish onsite inventory management programs and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Service and maintain equipment onsite at major client SupplySight Program Accounts.
  • Analyze and investigate inventory variances, and implement corrective actions to reduce or eliminate them.
  • Drive productivity, quality, inventory control, and safety performance throughout the customer's organization.
  • Prepare and deliver daily inventory dashboard reports to identify inventory gaps and constraints.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma (required), Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • Valid state-issued driver's license (required)
  • 1-year B2B sales and/or operations experience (preferred)
