About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Coordinator to join our team at Horizon Innovations. As a key member of our IT infrastructure team, you will be responsible for managing the deployment of our technical personnel, tracking orders, and monitoring service level agreements (SLAs).

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the deployment of technical personnel to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services
  • Track and monitor orders to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and report on SLAs to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
  • Provide advice and support to regular customers, including handling new customer orders
  • Maintain customer and order data in our tool, identify customer requirements and needs, and assist sales colleagues with creating offers
  • Prepare invoices and provide regular reports according to agreed-upon schedules

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or technical education
  • Experience in personnel deployment planning and inventory management
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and technical understanding
  • Proficiency in MS Office and fluency in German and English
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently and reliably
