We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our R&D team. The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in food science and technology, with a passion for innovation and a drive to deliver high-quality results.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate with R&D scientists to plan, execute, and document experiments for assigned projects
* Provide scale-up production and formulation support, including assisting in the production of product samples for internal and external requests

* Ability to lift, kneel, bend over, squat, stoop, and carry 25 lbs
