About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer - Occupied Healthcare Projects - MD to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our occupied healthcare renovation projects. Your expertise and attention to detail will help us deliver high-quality results while exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with project managers.
  • Providing technical support throughout the project lifecycle, including design reviews and technical documentation.
  • Liaising between different teams to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Monitoring construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
  • Resolving technical issues that arise during construction.
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation.
  • Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and address any on-site challenges.
Expected Salary Range: $85,000 - $105,000 per year
