MPI, a leading provider of specialized recruitment services, is seeking a skilled Project Engineer - Occupied Healthcare Projects - MD to join their team. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive base salary, estimated to be around $80,000-$110,000 per year.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in construction and a bachelor's degree in construction or a related field. Preferably, they will have occupied healthcare project experience and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Project planning, including developing project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Technical support throughout the project lifecycle
  • Liaising between different teams to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
  • Monitoring construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards
  • Problem-solving and technical issue resolution
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate project documentation
  • Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and address any on-site challenges
  • Risk management and mitigation strategy development
  • Communicating with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns
