As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless parts purchasing experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist service technicians and walk-in customers in purchasing parts and accessories
  • Receive training on inventory control, stocking, and pulling automotive parts from the stockroom
  • Deliver parts to customers located away from the dealership
  • Work closely with the sales team to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a parts counter salesperson in a dealership setting preferred
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented and able to understand manufacturers' specifications
