About the Position
We are seeking a Lead Electrical Specialist to join our team at Orion Talent. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems and circuitry, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. This is a senior-level position that requires providing technical guidance and support to junior technicians and other team members.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians and other team members
- Develop and implement electrical maintenance plans and procedures
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to develop new processes and improve plant efficiency
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex electrical systems and equipment

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical maintenance or related field
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and circuitry
- Proficiency with programming PLCs, HMI's, and drive controllers
- Experience with AC and DC drives (ABB Drives experience a plus)
- Familiarity with medium and low voltage switchgear, transformers, and computers
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
