Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with IRS stakeholders to gather requirements, document solution designs, configure the Salesforce platform, and ensure successful project engagement and implementation through effective project management.
- Engage in the complete application lifecycle from technical design through development, testing, and deployment.
- Support the deployment of updates across all applications.
- Provide dedicated incident support to ensure timely resolution.
- Deliver projects utilizing agile methodologies.
- Conduct and participate in thorough design reviews to validate adherence to approved architecture.
- Perform regular code reviews to ensure compliance with best practices.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions to onboard new development team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in leading and contributing to the design, development, and administration of end-to-end Salesforce (or equivalent platform) projects.
- Proficient knowledge and experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems.
- Ability to perform well under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and navigate ambiguity in certain projects.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain an MBI Public Trust Clearance (Active MBI Clearance is preferred).
