Job Description

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Materials Manager to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for overseeing the flow of materials, parts, and assemblies throughout the order fulfillment process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory levels are maintained for raw materials, work in process, and finished goods.
  • Develop and implement inventory management strategies to support inventory fulfillment while managing inventory cost.
  • Work with Purchasing to request production consumables and maintain min/max levels.
  • Lead shipping and warehouse groups to drive safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Analyze material costs, review labor hours, and establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.
Requirements:
  • HS Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Materials Management, Business or related is highly desired.
  • Must be bilingual (fluent) in both English and Spanish.
  • A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within the manufacturing industry along with a strong background and experience in logistics, production control planning, warehouse and inventory management.
