Patient Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team at Parallel. As a key member of our patient services team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our patients receive exceptional care and support throughout their journey with us.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional patient care and support
- Ensuring accurate and timely completion of patient paperwork and records
- Accurately receiving, preparing, and completing patient orders and sales
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1 year of experience in patient services or a related field
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A valid government-issued photo ID
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality
Salary Range:$50,000 - $70,000 per year
