Clinical Development Specialist

Kyo Care is a leading provider of evidence-based therapy for individuals with autism.
\We serve thousands of children and teens across nine states, striving to achieve meaningful outcomes for our clients.
\Job Summary:\
This part-time position offers the opportunity to work one-on-one with clients in home, school, and community settings.
\In partnership with your clinical supervisor, you will incorporate each child's unique interests into fun, play-based sessions.
\This role requires a minimum availability of either three weekdays from 3-7pm and two weekdays from 8am-12pm or 11:30am-3pm or five weekdays from 3-7pm.
\Responsibilities:\

- Provide one-on-one play-based instruction to clients using techniques from Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), as directed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).\
- Support clients and their families in achieving individualized and meaningful outcomes.\
- Utilize safe & appropriate behavior management strategies when interacting with clients.\
- Communicate clearly, respectfully, and openly with all team members, clients, and clients' parents/caregivers.\
Requirements:\

- An interest in and previous experience interacting with children in a working capacity.\
- A reliable vehicle with proof of valid in-state driver's license and insurance.\
- Ability to pass DOJ & FBI background check and TB test or risk assessment.\
- Minimum High School diploma, GED or equivalent.\
