POSITION SUMMARY:

The Assistant Manager for Slot Operations is essential in overseeing the daily functions of the Slot Operations team during their assigned shift. This role emphasizes employee involvement, guest satisfaction, asset protection, and the seamless execution of tasks. All duties must adhere to departmental and property policies and procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in coordinating staff schedules to uphold service excellence
  • Maintain open lines of communication with team members, sharing updates, listening to input, and setting a positive example
  • Develop initiatives to enhance employee morale, foster a supportive work environment, address staff issues, and retain high-performing talent
  • Deliver guest service that aligns with company and property expectations

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Experience in a comparable resort setting
  • Proficient in cash handling
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken
  • Able to lead and motivate a team
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills for effective communication
