Culligan Ultrapure, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Representatives and overseeing the sales process to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a team of Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and improve sales performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales revenue and market share.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and provide coaching and feedback to Sales Representatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of sales success and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
