Pantry Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pantry Lead to join our team at Bon Appétit Management Company. As a Pantry Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pantry, ensuring that all food products are prepared and served to the highest standards of quality and safety.

• Manage and maintain the pantry's inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, and ensuring that all products are stored and rotated properly.
• Prepare and serve a variety of cold food items, including sandwiches, salads, and other delicatessen products.
• Operate slicing machines and other equipment to prepare food products.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and high-quality food products.

• Previous experience in a pantry or deli environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
