The Role:

This role is an exciting opportunity for a licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients. As a PTA, you will work closely with our Physical Therapists and Clinic Directors to implement individualized plans of care, ensuring that each patient receives high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy treatment.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Treating patients with compassion and empathy, while maintaining open lines of communication with referring physicians and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinating patient care with the Physical Therapist, Operations Support Specialists, and Clinic Director to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Completing daily patient care notes, progress notes, and other required forms as requested by treating physicians, rehab nurses, insurance companies, case managers, and physician referrals.
  • Maintaining accurate clinical logs and checklists to ensure compliance with local and federal regulations.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state where you will be working.
  • Excellent patient care and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A passion for physical therapy and patient care, with a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
  • The ability to stand, stoop, and move throughout the clinic for your entire assigned shift.
