Physical Therapist Assistant Specialist

The Role:This role is an exciting opportunity for a licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients. As a PTA, you will work closely with our Physical Therapists and Clinic Directors to implement individualized plans of care, ensuring that each patient receives high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy treatment.
Your Responsibilities:- Treating patients with compassion and empathy, while maintaining open lines of communication with referring physicians and other stakeholders.
- Coordinating patient care with the Physical Therapist, Operations Support Specialists, and Clinic Director to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Completing daily patient care notes, progress notes, and other required forms as requested by treating physicians, rehab nurses, insurance companies, case managers, and physician referrals.
- Maintaining accurate clinical logs and checklists to ensure compliance with local and federal regulations.
