We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Senior Care Associates at St. Ann Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Dover, NH.

Competitive Pay and Benefits:

  • $16-$20.25 per hour, plus shift differentials and retention pay
  • SIGN-ON BONUS UP TO $1,500 FOR FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES

About the Role:

As a Senior Care Associate, you will work closely with our residents, providing exceptional care and support to enhance their quality of life. Our ideal candidate is a team player who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring the highest level of care and dignity for our residents.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication administration, and mobility support
  2. Contribute to the creation of a positive and supportive environment, fostering relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
  3. Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices in senior care
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and facility policies

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 17.5 years old
  • High school graduate or equivalent required; licensure with the New Hampshire State Board of Nursing preferred
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods
