ROLE OF A LANE SERVER

Our Lane Servers are exceptional representatives of our entertainment venue. They engage with our patrons, serve delicious items from our unique menu, and deliver outstanding service that keeps guests coming back. If you thrive in a team environment and excel in customer interactions, this position is ideal for you.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process, deliver, and finalize food and drink orders
  • Familiarize yourself with our menu, promotions, and specials to inform guests
  • Regularly check in with guests
  • Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and problem resolution
  • Maintain cleanliness throughout the venue
  • Prepare, stock, and organize your designated work area
  • Promote and upsell the overall venue experience

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma (optional)
  • Outstanding interpersonal abilities
  • A dedication to exceptional guest service
  • Must comply with state regulations regarding alcohol service

WORK ENVIRONMENT/ PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Standard entertainment center atmosphere where you will be walking, bending, and standing for extended periods, with occasional lifting of objects with assistance.
