Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Office Clerk to provide exceptional administrative support services to our team at Thompson Safety, LLC. This role involves providing administrative assistance to various areas of the business, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, responding to inquiries, and interfacing with vendors and internal departments.
  • Assist with special projects, research, and tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Manage POs, track orders, receive and process invoices, and perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of previous administrative experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills, with the ability to learn new software applications quickly.
  • Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
