This is a contract to hire opportunity and hybrid to downtown Chicago.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with senior leaders and project team members on their roles in change management.
- Assess and capture change impacts, including recurring reviews.
- Identify stakeholders impacted by change impacts.
- Develop and execute a detailed change management plan for stakeholders to adopt changes.
- Host, develop, and/or execute change management activities as defined in the plan.
- Prepare risk mitigation tactics to address behavioral change.
- Support communication efforts related to change management.
- Use insights from change management assessments and progress of behavioral change as input into communications.
- Develop and deploy readiness assessments.
- Track and report issues related to change management.
- Define and measure success/adoption metrics and monitor change progress.
- Report status to the program level change management lead and participate in program change level activities.
- Manage the portfolio and change load to understand changes impacting business areas.
- Develop departmental and enterprise-wide program documentation, SOPs, and trainings.
