The Telecommunications Specialist is responsible for managing all guest communications, ensuring a seamless experience through various channels including phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to and document all guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and accurately.
  • Log all guest interactions in the customer relationship management system for effective tracking and resolution.
  • Provide guests with detailed information about room features, property amenities, and local attractions.
  • Process food and beverage orders, assist with menu selections, and handle transactions through the point-of-sale system.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a professional appearance at all times.

Qualifications
