About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Analyst to join our team at Fort Washington Investment Advisors, Inc. As a Credit Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing assigned sectors within our corporate bond and loan portfolios. Your expertise will help us make informed investment decisions and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth research on assigned credit sectors, evaluating fundamental characteristics, trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Collaborate with peers across the firm's investment research teams to stay current on industry news, trends, and controversies.
  • Present timely recommendations to portfolio managers, traders, and credit research teams, focusing on relative value, strategy objectives, risk, liquidity, and execution.
  • Function as the sector lead for assigned sectors, working closely with portfolio managers to determine positioning within assigned sectors of various fixed income strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a quantitative-related field.
  • Proficiency in Bloomberg and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong Excel modeling skills, with VBA knowledge a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience influencing a group to a recommended course of action.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information to internal and external customers.
