About the Role

Partnership Employment is seeking an experienced Research and Compliance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the integrity of our partner selection process by conducting thorough research on nonprofits.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$70,000, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities

As a Research and Compliance Specialist, your duties will include:

  • Conducting due diligence on prospective partners to assess their suitability
  • Developing and maintaining databases and spreadsheets to track research and compliance data
  • Collaborating with team members to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for addressing these issues
  • Staying up-to-date with regulatory requirements and best practices in nonprofit research

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Significant experience working in a research or compliance role, preferably within the nonprofit sector
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
