Job Summary:

  • Communicate with operations daily to ensure projects are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Keep customers and insurance adjusters informed about project activities and progress.
  • Adhere to all company protocols, project and safety policies, accounting procedures, and other relevant guidelines.
  • Ensure that service quality meets the company's highest standards.
  • Establish project budgets to ensure profitability and manage costs effectively.
  • Perform work within given budgets or communicate job requirements from beginning to end.
  • Manage project buy-outs and set draw schedules with subcontractors and vendors.
  • Initiate and follow through on necessary paperwork to ensure all project files are complete.
  • Develop and implement site safety plans to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Keep clients and adjusters informed to promote good customer service and build strong relationships.
  • Ensure job files have proper-signed contracts and required forms depending on the type of job.
  • Process files in a timely manner to ensure accurate processing by the accounting department.
  • Complete and draft project management reviews daily for job files.
  • Conduct safety toolbox meetings and participate in safety investigations to minimize risk.
  • Provide feedback to operation and production managers regarding individual jobs as needed.
  • Maintain open lines of communication and constant networking with adjusters, the insurance community, and target businesses assigned.
  • Ensure the highest level of integrity to maintain a positive image for Cotton Logistics.
  • Direct daily activities on construction projects and meet the needs and requests of clients and adjusters.
  • Resolve conflicts with customers and perform operations staff performance evaluations and scope changes.
  • Understand workflow procedures and systems.

Background Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Construction project knowledge is required.
  • OSHA 10 or 30-hour certification is a plus.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Understanding of workflow procedures and systems.
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus.
  • Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proven organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships.
  • Good driving record:
    • Minimum of twenty-one (21) years of age and have a minimum of three (3) years verifiable driving experience.
    • No more than 1 moving violation in the past 3 years.
    • No repeat seat belt violations.
    • No high-speed moving violations in the past 3 years.
    • Ability to travel, both domestically and internationally, as business needs arise.
