Quality Assurance:
  • Establish Quality Standards: Develop and implement quality standards and metrics to assess the performance and outcomes of program activities.
  • Communication and Reporting: Facilitate transparent communication and reporting mechanisms to keep stakeholders informed of program progress, milestones, and challenges.
  • Team Development: Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to program staff.
  • Metrics and Measurement: Identify and use appropriate metrics and KPIs to effectively track project/program success.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and standards governing IT programs, maintaining adherence to established governance frameworks.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience (minimum 7 years) managing large-scale IT programs & projects, preferably in a multi-agency or government setting.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace).
  • Certifications: PMP, PgMP, or similar certifications are preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

Additional Requirements:

  • Fingerprint Clearance Card: A Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card is required.
  • Background Check: A 7-Year background check is required.
