About Discovery Senior Living

As a leading provider of senior living communities, Discovery Senior Living is seeking a skilled Division Marketing Manager to drive occupancy growth and lead generation for our West Coast communities. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with a passion for senior living and a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement localized marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and occupancy growth
  • Collaborate with the Discovery Marketing Group, Divisional Sales Director, and onsite sales teams to develop and execute marketing strategies
  • Meet ongoing lead generation goals tied to annual budgeted occupancy goals
  • Research and identify local marketing opportunities to engage and differentiate community product and service offerings
  • Work with the Discovery Marketing Group design team to develop creative strategies and campaigns for all channels of lead generation and lead conversion

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
  • Minimum five years of proven marketing experience, with a focus on senior living or a related industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to track and analyze ROI
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and articulate ideas effectively
