Position Overview:
Assist the Show Producer in the daily management and strategic execution of assigned Show Broadcast initiatives. Collaborate with various departments to organize and present data, ensuring all team members are equipped with the necessary information.

Act as the primary copywriter for the show, providing timely updates on broadcasts and special projects to other Ministry departments.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Show Producer in coordinating all facets of Show programming and special projects.
  • Organize and lead team meetings for Producers, ensuring follow-up on action plans.
  • Oversee and mentor the QC/Closed Caption Team and transcriptionists, managing their tasks and invoices.
  • Document detailed notes for each Shoot Day and prepare pre-production line-up "Call Sheets."
  • Manage Post-Production Books and Progress Trackers for GT shows and special projects.
  • Coordinate transcription requirements and communicate product offerings to all AWM departments, both local and international.
  • Serve as the central contact for Guest Relations and Schedule Coordination for all shoots.
  • Plan studio, field, and event productions, including equipment and crew coordination.
  • Provide Craft Services for shoots as necessary.
  • Offer copywriting assistance for products, openings, and other show segments.
  • Train, mentor, and provide backup support for Production Assistants.
  • Meet daily and weekly deadlines and participate in all required meetings.
  • Perform additional assigned duties as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Exceptional time, resource, and scheduling management skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong multitasking capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in operating a Windows-based computer and navigating Microsoft Office Suite.

Requirements:
  • A personal relationship with Jesus Christ is essential.
  • Must sign the Statement of Faith.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent education is required.
  • Charis Bible College student or graduate is preferred.
  • One year of experience with Quality Control for AWM is required.
  • Must pass all required checks.

Experience:
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office Programs on both PC and MAC platforms.
  • Previous experience in a Television Department is preferred.
  • Compensation is commensurate with experience.
