About the Role
The Kohler Company is seeking a highly skilled IT Business Solutions Manager to join our team. As a critical leadership role in the KBNA business, this position will play a key role in accelerating Kohler's growth by developing compelling business cases for technology-driven capabilities, roadmaps, program management, driving innovation, and delivering rapid business value by bringing the business and IT together.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a technology strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
- Partner with business stakeholders and IT resources to drive capabilities enabled by technology.
- Create and align a market-relevant technology strategy and dynamic implementation roadmap.
- Lead directly and indirectly resources to translate strategy to capabilities and their enabling technologies.
- Drive programs of strategic and critical importance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field required.
- 10+ years' related experience, with experience in the manufacturing business a plus.
- Demonstrated track record of partnering with business stakeholders and handling multiple complex transformation projects.
- Experience with leading and working in large teams.
- Experience in multiple aspects of technology: analysis, project management, systems development, change management, business process improvement, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for varied audiences on business and technology-related subject matter.
- Strong general management skills.
