This role involves overseeing electrical subsystems, primarily located in the United States, with flexibility for certain locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a diverse, multi-disciplinary team while effectively communicating critical decisions to senior management.
  • Mentor and support junior engineers in their professional development.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality customer commitments.
  • Oversee project timelines and deliverables to meet program objectives.
  • Integrate various engine systems and technologies for optimal performance.
  • Conduct design trade studies and identify suitable suppliers for components.
  • Provide regular updates to technical leadership and apply effective program management practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in design engineering.

Preferred Attributes

  • Master's degree in engineering.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Self-driven with a passion for aerospace advancements.
  • Ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams.

This position requires access to U.S. export-controlled information, subject to government regulations.
