About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to join our team at PeopleSpace. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract furniture projects from inception to final close-out.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee tasks, critical dates, client interface, and performance quality for assigned projects.
  • Establish overall project scope and manage dealer/manufacturer teams to ensure a coordinated effort.
  • Develop work plans, schedules, and logistics based on project parameters, project schedule, and customer goals.
  • Review project sites, plans, and product specifications.
  • Assist in establishing fees, developing quotes/presentations, and making presentations to customers.
  • Provide technical consultation to customers and their teams.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and communicate with clients, dealers, and project teams throughout the project.

Requirements:

  • A strong product and technical knowledge of contract furniture, including applicable building codes and custom applications.
  • Ability to produce takeoffs, specifications, and order-ready documentation if required.
  • Ability to analyze, plan, schedule, and implement project installations.
  • Strong knowledge of all aspects of contract furniture management, including account management, project management, order preparation, order management, installation, relocation, and contract furniture administration.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • An estimated salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
