Job Overview


The Project Director is responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion. This involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Manage and coordinate project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
