About the Role

This Sales Experience Associate role plays a vital part in forging connections with customers while effectively communicating Vuori's brand values through expert product knowledge and a positive attitude.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create an Unforgettable Customer Experience:
  • Build long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide exceptional service to each customer.
  • Greet customers promptly, authentically, and engagingly.
  • Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and offer honest, knowledgeable feedback regarding merchandise style and fit.
  • Be the Business:
  • Achieve sales goals within a team-based commission environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with new product knowledge in the broader fashion landscape and active-wear specifically to serve as an expert for the customer.
  • Support project completion while prioritizing customer experience.
  • Communicate inventory needs to support business objectives.
  • Operations:
  • Ensure the sales floor is stocked every evening.
  • Work collaboratively with management on inventory management.
  • Maintain a clean retail store, including floors and bathroom.
  • Understand and execute cash control procedures, including bank deposits and petty cash.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining merchandising/visual directives.
  • Guarantee the selling floor is neat, clean, organized, and reflects the correct visual image at all times.
  • Identify and communicate product concerns in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Punctuality and adherence to scheduled shifts.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Capacity to positively and proactively handle customer concerns.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capacity to quickly learn new procedures and processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and follow-through abilities.
