We are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our team as an Enterprise Technical Support Technician in our Orlando, FL office.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our business clients, resolving network issues and ensuring seamless connectivity. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career and work with a leading technology company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve 15+ technical tickets per day through troubleshooting, analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Interact with business clients via phone, email or chat, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including NOC, Network Administration, Engineering and Field Operations, to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and track tickets using CRM software, ensuring accurate records and efficient issue resolution

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in general network/telecommunication troubleshooting
  • Proven experience working in a contact center, technical support role with strong customer service skills
  • Excellent documentation and ticket tracking skills
