Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong understanding and hands-on knowledge of the Windows desktop platform overall.
  • Experience in building, maintaining, and administering Windows desktop builds and images.
  • Proficient in optimizing performance of desktops and user experience.
  • Familiar with Azure AD, Hybrid join.
  • Strong in Group policies and configuring and simplifying them.
  • Experienced in Microsoft Modern workspace management capabilities, leveraging Intune, Auto Pilot, desktop analytics, etc.
  • Experienced in SCCM administration and patch management.
  • Strong skillset in scripting, PowerShell, etc.
  • Proficient in automation through PowerShell/Azure CLI/VBScript/Batch, etc.
  • Hands-on knowledge and expertise in software application packaging and deployment.

Desirable Skills:

Familiarity with tools such as Flexera, App Portal, and enabling self-service capabilities to users would be a plus.

Requirements:

Relevant Microsoft Certifications.
