Job Summary

Casa Serena is a residential treatment center for women struggling with substance use, mental health, trauma, and eating disorders. We are seeking a compassionate and innovative individual to join our team as an Overnight Behavioral Health Program Assistant.

This is an excellent opportunity for growth and development in the mental health field. As a member of our team, you will be part of a collaborative environment that delivers high-quality care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical, medical, and administrative support to all departments
  • Support the Residential Manager with compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Assist clients in meeting program requirements and upholding the organizational structure
  • Collaborate with colleagues through team meetings and provide psychoeducation support to clients
  • Assist with client admissions and discharges, and observe and report client behavior that may require medical or psychological intervention
  • Provide accurate and clinically-minded documentation throughout the shift
  • Transport and supervise clients to various activities, and facilitate medication observation and crisis management as needed
Requirements
  • Experience in a behavioral health treatment facility preferred
  • Basic computer skills and ability to communicate clearly with clients and administration
  • Valid driver's license and current personal auto insurance
  • Clean driving record and insurable by our insurance carrier
