Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Operations Manager. This role will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Crane Division, in areas critical to operational efficiency and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver analytical and planning support across NSWC Crane's strategic and tactical operations.
  • Facilitate the management and administrative support for ongoing and new programs and projects.
  • Assist in the transfer of technology processes, fostering innovation and partnerships with industry and academia.
  • Support the development and implementation of STEM educational programs.
  • Provide support for initiatives that drive innovation across various departments.
  • Offer specialized support to the Chief Technology Office (CTO) in executing technology-related strategies and operations.
  • Provide administrative and strategic support to executive leadership for efficient decision-making and operations management.
  • Handle the necessary functional and compliance support to align with corporate and regulatory standards.
Requirements
  • Security Clearance required.
  • Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in a business or technical field.
  • 10 or more years in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis with significant U.S. Navy experience.
  • Prior Crane Command Operations highly desired.
