First Division Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Senior Strategic Operations Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Crane Command Support Services (CCSS) team, you will provide comprehensive professional, management, and administrative support services to the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Crane Division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver analytical and planning support across NSWC Crane's strategic and tactical operations.
  • Facilitate the management and administrative support for ongoing and new programs and projects.
  • Assist in the transfer of technology processes, fostering innovation and partnerships with industry and academia.
  • Support the development and implementation of STEM educational programs.
  • Provide support for initiatives that drive innovation across various departments.
  • Offer specialized support to the Chief Technology Office (CTO) in executing technology-related strategies and operations.
  • Provide administrative and strategic support to executive leadership for efficient decision-making and operations management.
  • Handle the necessary functional and compliance support to align with corporate and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • Security Clearance required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical field.
  • 7 years in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis with significant U.S. Navy experience.
  • Prior Crane Command Operations highly desired.
