About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Field Service Technician II to join our team at Canon Solutions America, Inc. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued customers by diagnosing and repairing designated equipment to Canon standards and specifications.

Your Impact
  • Diagnose and repair complex technical issues using established procedures and protocols.
  • Service and maintain designated equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain working knowledge of multiple product groups, including basic aspects of troubleshooting and diagnostics.
  • Meet and exceed customer demands by providing efficient, responsive, and accurate field and shop maintenance.
  • Properly maintain all technical information, Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property assigned.
About You

We're looking for a dedicated and skilled individual with:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent experience, plus 1 to 2 years of related experience.
  • A basic understanding of internet environments and the ability to complete the PDIF (Printing and Digital Imaging Foundations) new-hire class.
  • The ability to travel and work in a 24/7 environment, performing shift work and on-call rotations.
  • Required to take all necessary steps to obtain security and/or other clearances required by customers to enter the customers' premises.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds and be active more than 50 percent of the time (walking, standing, stooping/kneeling).
