Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Wheeler Health. As a member of our medical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough medical evaluations and develop accurate diagnoses in accordance with international standards.
- Prescribe therapeutic interventions appropriate to identified problems and administer medications as required.
- Develop and present clear clinical impressions and recommendations that are specific and attainable.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records in accordance with organizational policies.
- Licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
- Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
- Active DEA Controlled substance registration.
- At least one year of primary care nurse practitioner experience or three years of other nurse practitioner experience.
- Competitive salary range: $118,000-$140,000 per year based on experience.
