Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat patients for both acute and chronic conditions">
  • Conduct patient histories, perform physical exams, and order necessary tests to inform treatment decisions">
  • Document patient encounters thoroughly and accurately in electronic medical records (EMR)">
  • Educate patients on preventive care and health maintenance strategies">
  • Complete documentation and charting in a timely manner to meet medical records standards and support billing requirements">
  • Perform other duties as needed">
