Primary Care Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

She Recruits. LLC is seeking a seasoned and skilled Primary Care Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Adult Medicine clinic in Hartford, CT.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position with competitive salary of $150,000 - $175,000 + Bonus + Full Benefits + Paid Relocation. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with department physicians and refer patients to specialists as needed for diagnosis confirmation and treatment procedures.
We are looking for an experienced healthcare professional who can deliver high-quality primary care to adult patients, including health promotion and disease prevention. Key responsibilities include:
- Taking comprehensive medical histories, assessing medical conditions, and interpreting diagnostic findings.
- Collaborating with physicians to provide specialized care and making appropriate referrals.
- Ensuring accurate and thorough clinical documentation in a timely manner.
- Utilizing evidence-based practices to make clinical decisions and adhere to department quality measures.
- Providing culturally competent care to a diverse patient population.
- Communicating effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders both orally and in writing.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong foundation in nursing or physician assistant theory and practice.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality clinical care in accordance with established standards.
- Ability to provide culturally competent care in a collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- 1-2 years of experience in an ambulatory setting or urgent care preferred.
- APRN or PA License in the State of Connecticut is preferred.
