We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our primary care team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to adults and geriatrics in a clinic setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive physical exams and assessments on patients
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses and injuries
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging studies
  • Prescribe medications and other treatments as needed
  • Provide patient education and counseling on health promotion and disease prevention
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and complete medical records
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer review activities
Requirements:
  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in good standing
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practice
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Able to multi-task and handle a high volume of patients
