As a Clinical Trainer, you will play a critical role in providing training to behavioral health workforce members to enhance their career and professional development, and externally in the community for partner organizations, community groups, or community-wide training sessions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver training programs on behavioral health modalities, clinical consultation, and generalized strategies for clients' behavioral health needs.
- Provide training on topics such as stigma reduction, mental health and wellness, suicide prevention, and burnout and resiliency strategies.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create content for learning management systems and deliver live instruction in-person or virtually.
- Tap into your passions and experience as a clinician to provide a whole person experience, adapting to a diversity of audiences, reflective of the organization, inclusive, and as a connected resource to the community.
- Report to the Director of Training and work in a hybrid environment, where some of your day will be in-person and some will be remote.
- Masters' degree in Psychology, Counseling or Social Work or similar.
- Five (5) years of experience, in mental or behavioral health care practicing direct client care.
- Experience with healthcare environments and their complexities.
- Two (2+) years experience writing, delivering, or developing curriculum.
- Certification in evidence-based practice curriculums.
