We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Night Shift Concrete Production Specialist to join our team at Menards. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe production of high-quality concrete products.
Key Responsibilities- Operate forklifts and other equipment to load and unload materials in the warehouse and yard.
- Count and scan units manually, and use a computer system to pick orders.
- Learn and operate machine controls to assemble or produce products properly.
- Perform corrective actions to maintain quality products and communicate with incoming shifts about facility operations.
- Take proactive measures to report equipment problems to management.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with others.
- Lifting 50lbs consistently, lifting 60+lbs occasionally, bending, squatting, and twisting.
Most jobs are inside, but may be exposed to outside weather conditions.
