Job Summary
WallStJobs is seeking a skilled Medicare Sales Specialist to educate clients on Medicare options and provide personalized support throughout the decision-making process.
Main Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their healthcare needs and provide guidance on Medicare plans and coverage.
- Deliver informative presentations and support clients through the Medicare enrollment process, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients by offering ongoing assistance and addressing questions or issues regarding their Medicare plans.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in line with industry guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date on Medicare policies, plan updates, and industry trends to provide clients with relevant advice.
- Experience in Medicare sales, insurance, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Customer-focused with the ability to understand and address client concerns.
- Knowledge of Medicare compliance and industry standards is a plus.
