Project Manager Opportunity at Atlas Construction

Atlas Construction, a leading luxury home builder on the Connecticut Shoreline, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee high-end residential and commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to coordinate project details.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, resource allocation plans, and quality control measures.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimates, invoices, and payments.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project goals are met.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on high-end residential and commercial projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
