Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medicare Solutions Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving new business growth, coaching and training agents to sell and sell more effectively, and managing key relationships within our territory. This role requires a strong understanding of Medicare products and services, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of success in sales and leadership.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive new business growth and expansion.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase agent productivity and sales results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key agents and partners to ensure optimal commitment and performance.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and share knowledge with the team to drive business growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to agents and clients.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Utilize social media and other tools to develop and manage new agent leads.
  • Train agents on our technology platforms and Medicare products.
Primary Skills & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven sales and leadership experience, with a strong track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of Medicare products and services.
  • Ability to absorb training and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Proficient use of technology, including CRM systems and social media platforms.
  • Sales experience required, with Medicare experience preferred.
