We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mobile Device Management Specialist to join our team at Merge IT LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining mobile device management solutions for our enterprise-level clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement mobile device management solutions using SOTI technology
  • Maintain and support existing MDM solutions, including proactive checks and compliance levels
  • Configure and onboard new RF guns and thermal printers
  • Add and remove devices from the console, including requesting and maintaining security service accounts
  • Test and deploy operating system and security upgrades, firmware, and drivers
  • Troubleshoot end-to-end issues related to supported backend applications and systems
  • Support and maintain specialty printers, drivers, and print queues
  • Design and recommend compliance levels, processes, and roadmaps for RF devices and specialty printers
  • Maintain N-1 currency and compliance for RF devices, specialty printers, and Pick2Voice devices
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in mobile device management, preferably with SOTI technology
  • Strong understanding of RF devices, specialty printers, and Pick2Voice devices
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
